Both the individual challenge of climbing the highest point on the African continent, and the collective challenge of how to best improve the health and education in a poor community are characterized by complexity, uncertainty, competing priorities and inevitable constraints; both require decision making in the setting of imperfect information.
Participants will experientially learn about the fundamentals of goal setting, strategic planning, assessing risk, and responsible decision making.
